DR JOHN BUSH RETIRES AFTER 38
YEARS IN DEPARTMENT
August 13, 2003. Dr John M. Bush retired after 38 years of teaching in the Department of History at Louisiana Tech University. Dr Bush was a charter member of Lambda-Rho Chapter, when it was founded in 1966. |

185 YEARS OF PHI ALPHA THETA
August 13, 2003. Colleagues who gathered to honor Dr John M. Bush on his retirement represent a collective total of 185 years of membership in Phi Alpha Theta. Seated: Dr Philip M. Cook, chapter advisor. Standing, from left: Dr Bush; Dr Stephen Webre, department head and chapter advisor; Dr Abraham M. Attrep; and Dr E. Glynn Ingram. Drs Attrep and Bush were both inducted as charter members of Lambda-Rho Chapter in 1966. Drs Cook and Ingram joined in 1965 at Epison Pi Chapter (University of Georgia) and Dr Webre joined in 1968 at Epsilon Xi Chapter (University of Louisiana at Lafayette). |
