Leadership Conference If you are interested in attending the Leadership Conference held in College Station, TX, please contact Rebecca White or Mert Douglas in the Multicultural Affairs Office. Only one representative from each organization will be paid for to attend. Additional members will have to provide funding for themselves. Contact Mrs. Douglas for costs. The conference dates at January 18 - 21, 2007. Delta Week The Kappa Chi Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. will be celebrating Founder’s Week from January 14 to January 20. Their events are listed below: Sun - Church at Mt. Harmony Mon - Healthy Lifestyle Program, 6pm, Wyly Tower Tue - Mr. Delta Pageant, 8pm, TONK Wed - Red Room Poetry, $3 admission, $1 off party Thu - “Your Hired” Seminar, 5pm, TONK Fri - Birthday cake at L-Booth / Kappa Chi-raoke at Pie Works Sat - Dinner with the Deltas Phi Beta Sigma Mardi Gras Ball The Theta Pi Chapter will be having a Mardi Gras Ball on February 9, 2007 at Ruston Country Club. This will be a formal attire event. Admission will be $10 for singles and $15 for couples in advance and $15 for singles and $20 for couples at the door. There will be music, food, and an open bar (for 21 and older) for those who attend. Greek Award Packet The Greek Award packets, recognizing Greek members for contributions to the Greek community at Louisiana Tech University, are due April 12. Packets were distributed to Executive Board members of the NPHC.
