| The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the Student Association, and represents the student body at all meetings and conferences held for the interest of the students at Louisiana Tech University. Other duties that the President performs: supervise and direct all executive officers, serve on and/or appoint representatives from the student body to University committees affecting student life and activities, appoint department heads, serve as an active member of the Council of Student Body Presidents, and inform the student body on the activities of the University of Louisiana System and Board of Regents. |
