| The Secretary is the chief recordkeeper of the Student Government Association. The Secretary is responsible for keeping and posting minutes of meetings of the Student Senate, keeping a roll of attendance at Student Senate meetings and SGA functions, keeping and posting a permanent record of all business and legislative actions taken by the SGA, checking SGA member's eligibility once per quarter, and maintaining and posting a current directory of SGA members. |
