The Administrative Manager has the following duties:
Supervise support functions for the Physical Plant Department in the areas of motor pool, automotive shop, receiving/shipping, and stockroom.
Coordinate the use and approve the scheduling of the motor pool fleet. Process forms to receive reimbursements for all trips. Monitor repair work and a preventative maintenance program on the motor pool fleet as well as all state owned vehicles on campus.
Supervise and maintain records on all merchandise received and shipped from the receiving depot. Direct the stocking, storage, and delivery of these items to the appropriate locations. Coordinate receipt of merchandise with the appropriate departments and process for payment.
Supervise the operations of the campus stockroom. Serve as property officer and petty cash agent.
