The Tech Drivers handle trips for all departments from Architecture to Zoology.
A huge percentage of their trips are with the Athletics department.
These trips include Bulldog Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Track.
Also included within these trips are Lady Techsters Basketball, Softball,
Volleyball, and Track. Trips range from the Gulf coast to Chicago and
from the Mid-Atlantic States to Central Colorado.
Highlights of the Tech Driver's year are trips like the ski trip
to Winter Park, Colorado. These drivers make trips to the State Prison
in Angola, Nuclear Power Plants, Glass Plants, and refineries. These drivers
are responsible for transporting dignitaries on Tech Campus, including
the Governor, Legislators, Board of Regents, and Trustees.
Included in this busy schedule are the numerous
athletic events the drivers attend during the year.
