Project Services   Physical Plant Home   Physical Plant Director   Project Services   Administrative Staff   Superintendent of Buildings   Superintendent of Support Services   Superintendent of the Power Plant   Superintendent of Grounds       Project Services oversees and coordinates additions, renovations and major maintenance projects for the University. This office serves as the primary liason with the client, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and trade work forces. Project Services will assist Department Heads throughout the various stages of a project from start to finish. In-house design services and trade work forces are used on small to medium projects while external design services and trade work forces may be used on major capital projects in order to accomplish tasks within acceptable time frames.
