DUHOP is a collaborative effort of many entities in Lincoln Parish Louisiana and the Town of Dubach.

Staff from Louisiana Tech University and Lincoln General Hospital are managing the day to day project. The project has an overall coordinator, Wanda Penny, and a project leader, Regina Stokes, located in Dubach. The project is overseen by a board made up of six local organizations. 

Community Health Mentors are community volunteers who lead local citizens in exercise, provide health and nutrition information, and encourage Dubach residents to seek medical assistance. They are the key to the long term success of the project. You can find out more about their groups under Resources.

Louisiana Tech University student nurses are conducting the health screenings in Dubach, under the direction of LA Tech nursing professor Beth Fife. Their assistance in this project is also critical to its success and is much appreciated.
