Dubach Senior Center
Basic Skill & Training - Supportive service which provides older individuals with opportunites to acquire knowledge and skills suited to their interests, needs and capabilities through either formal academic courses or informal methods. Health Facilitation/Physical Fitness - Regular blood pressure checks, exercising, eye screening, diabetics and glaucoma tests, audio screening, food care, and lectures by physicians, nursing and other medical personnel. Income Tax Assistance - AARP during tax season for persons 60 and over (Appointments are required). Nutrition Services - Congregate Meals - Nutritionally balanced meals for persons 60 and over and their spouses, provided in a group setting. Meals are served five (5) days per week and must meet the 1/3 RDA requirements. Diabetic meals are available. Fees:
