The La Leche League of Ruston offers breast feeding information, support, and education. Morning and evening meetings are offered each month and include mother-to-mother sharing and discussions based on a series of four topics. Topics include parenting, childbirth, nutrition, and breastfeeding. A lending library and copies of “The Womanly Art of Breast Feeding” are available at the meetings. Medela pumps and breast feeding aid products are also sold. Accredited La Leche League Leaders are available for help by telephone at any time.
