Lincoln Parish Office of Family Support The Lincoln Parish Office of Family Support provides assistance to individuals, children and families in meeting their human need for economic support and to promote self-sufficiency. Food Stamp Program - provides monthly benefits that help low-income households buy the food they need for good health
Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program (FITAP) - provide cash assistance to families with children when the financial resources of the family are insufficient to meet subsistence needs
Family Independence Work Program (FIND Work) - assists FITAP recipients with educational, training, and work-related activities designed to lead to employment and self-sufficiency
Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP) - assists low-income families to pay for the child care they need in order to work or attend school or training
