to Resources in Lincoln Parish This guide to Lincoln Parish Resources includes local public and private non-profit service organizations that provide assistance and services to residents of Lincoln Parish Louisiana. This directory is currently being maintained by the Center for Rural Development at Louisiana Tech University. The Center can also be reached by e-mail at ehiggins@latech.edu This guide was originally developed by staff in the Lincoln Parish LSU AgCenter. Brenda Morgan, an Extension Secretary first developed the directory. Rachel Langston up-dated the information in 2001. LaToya Ashley, a graduate assistant at LA Tech designed the website and is currently updating the information and expanding the directory.
