EMERGENCY OR CRISIS ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Purpose: Trained
volunteers appointed to speak for abused and neglected children in
court and follow their care through the court system. Purpose: Offers emergency services; food, clothing, utility assistance, lodging, transportation, etc.
DART (Domestic Abuse Resistance Team) Purpose: offers
services to victims of domestic violence; shelter, counseling, legal
advocacy, support, etc. Humanitarian Enterprises of Lincoln Parish (H.E.L.P. Agency) Purpose: Provides assistance
including: public transportation, emergency shelter for homeless, aid
to victims of house fires, utility payment assistance, a food bank, and
a referral service. Purpose:
