Public Library
The Bienville Parish Library is a public library that has been serving the people of Bienville Parish since 1964. In addition to the Main Branch in Arcadia, the Library also operates a full-time, newly renovated branch in Ringgold and a part-time branch in Saline. Van deliveries are also made to patrons throughout the parish. The library's website is http://www.bienville.lib.la.us/.

Small Business Assistance
The LA Tech SBDC (Small Business Development Center) serves Bienville Parish. Louisiana Tech’s Small Business Development Center is a comprehensive resource center and assistance provider for small businesses in north-central Louisiana.
