Assumptions

Resizing Your Pictures

  1. Go to the location of your original pictures. Right click on the picture of your choice and click on copy.
  2. Now, open your website's folder. Click on the Edit menu and click on Paste.
  3. Resizing the picture:
    1. Look for the copy of the picture in your folder (should be the last file on the folder if you haven't closed it yet).
    2. Right click on the picture and click on Resize Pictures
  4. The Resize Pictures window will popup. In this window, click on Handheld PC. You might want to choose "Small" if you want to have only one picture on one webpage. We would not recommend Medium of Large since the picture would take the entire screen on a PC with 800x600 resolution.

Resize Pictures will only work if you installed Image Resizer in your computer.

If you are unable to install Picture Resizer, you still can resize the pictures using any other photo-editing or picture-sharing program. There are free programs available on the Internet which will give you more options to resize and even improve the appearance of your pictures. For more information on this programs visit our Links section.

  1. We have successfully resized the picture. Now, we can delete the original picture and keep the new one.
