The Lady Techsters tied Belhaven College 2-2 on Oct. 15, and LaShaundra Hildreth scored the first two goals in Tech soccer history.

Corey Brazil was named the WAC's Defensive Player of the Week after registering a team high eight tackles, two tackles combined for 15 yard's loss, his first career sack and an interception.

The WAC's coaches picked the Bulldog basketball team to finish third in conference this season and picked the Lady Techsters to win their fourth consecutive conference title.
