Former Bulldog kicker Josh Scobee made a season-long 53-yard field goal with 38 seconds left to complete the Jacksonville Jaguars' 27-24 comeback win over the Indianapolis Colts in NFL action last Sunday.

In his 30th season, Tech's radio broadcaster Dave Nitz served as honorary captain for the Bulldogs during the Homecoming contest against UTEP. The game marked Nitz' 1,632 broadcast of a Tech event.
