Note:When the files on this server were created, issue dates
were not included in them. Therefore, the file itself will not tell
you when the article appeared. However, you may determine the date
of publication by checking the file's URL. Look in the "address"
or "location" box near the top of your browser window. You will
see an address beginning with "http://" followed by directory information.
At the end of that line is the file name. Immediately preceding
the file name is the date of the issue in which the story appeared.
Dates are in the form xxx-yy-zz, where xxx represents the first
three letters of the month, yy represents the day of the month,
and zz represents the last two digits of the year. Consider the
example below:
http://eb.journ.latech.edu/Tech_Talk/94-95/Apr-06-95/01-Reneau.html
Just before "01-Reneau.html" you will see "Apr-06-95," which indicates
that the story appeared in the April 6, 1995, issue of The Tech
Talk.
