I’ll Never Let Go

My heart is breaking as I sit in this empty place.

I long for the moment when I can once again feel your embrace.

Why can’t you be here, I keep you in my heart but it isn’t close enough.

At one point in time I thought I was strong I thought I was tough.

Falling in love with you was a wakeup call.  Without you I can’t do anything at all.

I just lay here and wonder what you’re doing, where you are.

I wish a thousand miles wasn’t so far.

The next time I see you I’m going to hold on forever and never let go.

I’ll never let go.
