Caruthers is the all male private residence hall. It has eight floors that houses approximately 300 residents. There may a waiting list to get a room in Caruthers. Features provided to the residents include: College of Businessle television connection, washers and dryers (coin and Tech Express), vending machines (coin and Tech Express), study lounges on every floor, and one main study lounge on the first floor. Two community bathrooms and showers are located on each floor.
