Hutcheson is a four floor male residence hall that is home to 400 students. The floors are split into North and South wings. Features provided to the residents include: College of Businessle television connection, washers and dryers (coin and Tech Express), vending machines (coin only), kitchen on the first floor, one main study lounge on the third floor, and a television lounge on the first floor. Two community bathrooms and showers are located in each wing.
