Pearce Hall is a double occupancy female residence hall. Its three floors house 176 female residents. Features provided to the residents include: four washers and four dryers, community bathrooms, a kitchen and a study room on each floor with a large lounge on the first floor. Pearce Hall is located on the east side of Tech's campus.
