All units feature two bedrooms and one bathroom with wood paneling being the predominant wall covering. The living room and front bedroom have spaces provided for the installation of window mounted air conditioners. To cool the apartment a 24,000 BTU unit may be used or two 15,000 BTU units. For the winter months, a central air gas heating unit is supplied to each apartment. All units are unfurnished.
