- discussion and suggestions made about web guidelines
- new policy was written and included in the new policy suggestion
- Dr. Blick proofed our write up
- Dena Selmer forwarded the results to Dr. Mel Corley (chairman of the Campus Computing Committee)
- we are awaiting to hear about approval and posting to the policies and procedures website

November 14th, 2005
- discussed other schools' web policy
- assigned sub-committee members to be:
Bryan Fuller, Kate Archer, Mike DiCarlo, Jeanette Futrell, Aimee Baxter, Marilyn Robinson,
Dena Selmer
- web guidelines site to be constructed in "shell form"
- email links to other schools' policy/guidelines
- all members to read policies and jot out an outline for our "recommendations"
- email outlines to selmer@latech.edu
- outlines will be compiled and posted on http://www.latech.edu/web-guidelines
- assignments for writing the actual recommendations will be made BEFORE the holiday break
- sub-committee will meeting again in January
