Dear campus community,
Good Wednesday morning.
As we approach the Spring Quarter, it’s again time for those who need COVID-19 accommodations to request or renew them.
Student Spring Quarter 2021 Accommodations
Students who wish to renew their Winter Quarter COVID-19 accommodations for Spring Quarter 2021 should fill out the COVID-19 Accommodation Request Form for Spring Quarter 2021. In order to access the form, students should be logged into the GSuite through the CAS system. Students who were approved for COVID-19 alternate classroom arrangements for Winter Quarter 2020-2021 and are renewing for Spring Quarter 2021 do not need to resubmit documentation unless contacted directly by Testing and Disability Services (TDS).
For new COVID-19-related accommodations, students should fill out the COVID-19 Accommodation Request Form for Spring Quarter 2021. In order to access the form, students should be logged into the GSuite through the CAS system. Students who are requesting a new alternative classroom arrangement or other accommodation related to the COVID-19 pandemic must submit supporting documentation to TDS (email@example.com). Please see the TDS website for our full documentation requirements. Please note that the application process is not complete until you send appropriate documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Submission of the form and/or documentation does not indicate approval of accommodations. TDS will contact students via email once the accommodations committee has met on their application and documentation.
Students must complete the application process by 5 p.m. Feb. 26.
Stay safe and healthy
Let’s all work to finish the quarter strong, safe, and healthy. Free PCR testing at the Argent Alumni Pavilion will continue from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each weekday. The link to register for testing is http://health.questdiagnostics.com/STLOU.
Continue to wear your masks, wash your hands, and practice physical distancing as you prepare for finals. Your hard work will help keep as many classes in a face-to-face mode in the Spring Quarter.
