Counseling Psychology Doctoral Student Organization (CPDSO)
Purpose
The purpose of CPDSO shall be to increase unity among students within the Counseling Psychology doctoral program by facilitating the transition into graduate school that new students face, providing a supportive community on campus, and encouraging and enhancing students’ education and research involvement. The members shall strive to implement the ideals of social justice, servitude, diversity, professionalism, and academic enhancement.
Membership requirements
Active members shall be members in good standing and currently pursuing a doctoral degree in counseling psychology. Membership in CPDSO is open without restriction as to race, creed, sex, or national origin.
* All student organizations have a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 for general membership and 2.5 for Executive Officers.
