Kinesiology (MS)

Advance your expertise in human performance, mental training, and applied sport science

The Master of Science in Kinesiology is designed to deepen your expertise in the science of human movement, performance, and wellness. Students gain a strong foundation in physiological, biomechanical, and psychological principles while building applied skills in research, evaluation, and performance analysis. This program offers two focused concentrations — Sports Performance and Sport and Exercise Psychology — allowing students to tailor their experience to match their interests and career goals. Through a combination of core coursework, specialized classes, research or internship experience, and approved electives, students graduate with the knowledge and hands-on experience needed to lead in sport, health, and human performance professions.
