Technical Sergeant Adriana Aguaiano

Staff Sergeant Adriana Anguiano is the Noncommissioned 
Officer in Charge of Administration at Detachment 305, 
Louisiana Tech University, Louisiana. She oversees a wide 
range of essential functions that support both cadets and 
cadre. Her responsibilities include managing personnel 
records, coordinating performance reports, administering 
awards and decorations, handling financial and scholarship 
processes, and commissioning. In addition to her core duties, 
she also advised cadets on academic and program 
requirements, maintaining communication with university 
departments, and ensuring the detachment operates 
efficiently in compliance with Air Force and university 
policies. 
Sergeant Anguiano entered the Air force in August 2016 as an 
administrator. She attended technical school at Keesler Air 
Force Base, Mississippi and graduated in December 2016. 
Over the past 9 years of service, she has served as command 
support staff at the squadron, group, and wing levels, gaining 
broad experience in personnel and administrative operations. 
Prior to her current position, SSgt Anguiano was the Non
commissioned Officer of Administration, Data Masked.
