I am an Assistant Professor at the School of Biological Science and a Program Chair
of the Molecular Sciences and Nanotechnology Program at Louisiana Tech University.
My current research is focused on the design, fabrication, and characterization of
lab-on-a-chip platforms for genomic and proteomics analysis. These include the development of integrated
microfluidics platform for direct purification and analysis of exosomes and RNA. My
research group consists of both undergraduate and graduate students that participate
in interdisciplinary scientific research and acquire technical skills that prepare
them for careers in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
