Dr. Mitzi Desselles holds a Ph.D. in I-O Psychology from Louisiana State University
and serves as Coordinator of the I-O Psychology Doctoral Program. She returned to
academia in 2010 following more than 15 years as a consultant to major multinational
organizations. She holds the rank of Associate Professor and the Chester Ellis Endowed
Chair in Education. Dr. Desselles’ research area is the application of reversal theory
to leadership, team effectiveness, and the experience of engagement at work.
