1000 – General Administration

  • 1456 – Policy on Committee Service for Classified and Unclassified Staff (11/03/2025)
    New policy describing work time permitted for staff to serve on committees.

2000 – Academic Affairs

  • 2103 – Policy revised to remove need for the Affirmative Action Package and replaces it with the EEO packet. States the hiring process is through Workday.
  • 2207 – Dedicated Faculty Availability to Students (01/13/2026) Policy was renamed (formerly Faculty Office Hours) and has been substantially revised. 
  • 2315 – Hardship Waivers for Students Regarding Tuition and Fee Increases (08/29/2025) Updated hardship waiver requirements.

5000 – Financial Services

  • 5200: Purchasing (04/22/2026) Numerous policy changes to align with the new executive order from the Governor’s Office.
  • 5220: Creation of Suppliers in Workday and the Use of PaymentWorks (04/22/2026) New policy stating procedures for creating suppliers in Workday and the use of PaymentWorks.
  • 5401 – Travel Policy (04/17/2026) Added content under Travel Approvals, Claims for Reimbursement, and a new section Travel to Adversarial Countries.
