The Office for Faculty Excellence (OFE) connects faculty with opportunities, resources, and colleagues that support their work in teaching, research, and professional growth. We work with colleges and campus partners to make existing support easier to find and to develop programming in response to faculty needs.
OFE focuses on practical support for faculty work across the university. We want to support faculty across the multiple facets of what it means to be a faculty member.
This year, OFE is focusing on new faculty support, teaching effectiveness, helping faculty navigate AI in teaching, and research and scholarly support. We are also continuing to build partnerships across campus so faculty can more easily find and use the resources available to them.
