Louisiana Tech’s Enterprise Center will host a strategic planning workshop that can help owners and managers gain better control of their business operations and their personal time.

Participants will assess the current status of their business operations, identify areas of opportunity for the business, and define action steps for transforming the business. The program includes exercises and information that produce strategies for change and priorities for moving the business forward.

The workshop will be held from 6-7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22 and from 4-8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26. The second workshop will build on information from the first. Both events will be held at the Enterprise Center, 509 W. Alabama. Registration is $15.
