Louisiana Tech Department of Music will host 2009 College Visitation Day Tuesday, Jan. 27. Events will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

All high school junior or senior interested in a degree or career in music is invited to attend. The event is free, but reservation is required by Jan. 23.

Event highlights include lessons with the faculty of the music department, attendance in a music theory and history class, and a free ticket to the evening concert of the ensemble “Hot Club of San Francisco.” A college application information session will also be held.
