Louisiana Tech’s Concert Choir and Chamber Singers will present the fourth annual choir fundraiser concert at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17, in the Ruston Civic Center.

Themed “If Music Be the Food of Love,” the choirs’ songs will center on love and patriotism. The event is sponsored by the Tech Choral Society to raise money for the choirs’ summer 2010 trip to Rome.

A wide variety of sweets and foods will be served and will again include a chocolate fountain provided by Judy Moore of Moore Cake, Please.

Tickets for the evening’s event will be $8 for students, $15 for adults and $25 for couples and can be purchased from any member of the Tech Choral Society or volunteers. For more information contact Dr. Sean Teets, director of choral activities and an assistant professor of music, at (318) 257-5272 or at steets@latech.edu.
