Area innovators will have the opportunity to receive information and tools that can help establish the value of a new product or service idea at a workshop next week at Louisiana Tech’s campus.

Louisiana Tech’s Technology Business Development Center and the Manufacturing Extension Partnership of Louisiana are sponsoring an Innovation Acceleration workshop from 3-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 14, at the biomedical engineering building.

Innovators will learn how to describe their invention effectively, understand the commercial success factors and connect with potential collaborators. Each participant who registers by Monday, April 13 will receive free access to a business simulation model and online innovation marketplace.
