RE: Health and Safety Precautions – Swine Flu

Although there have been no reported cases of Swine Flu in the state, the Louisiana Tech Emergency Response Team is providing students, faculty and staff with the following resources in an effort to safeguard the health and safety of the campus community.

These resources are updated frequently and should be referred to for answers and guidance pertaining to the recent Swine Flu situation.

The CDC is reporting that the number of cases in the US is relatively low and less severe than cases identified in Mexico.

All members of the Louisiana Tech campus community are asked to be diligent in taking precautionary steps to prevent the spread of any types of communicable illnesses.
