The second annual Finding Your Idea workshop will take place Thursday, Oct. 8 at Louisiana Tech’s Enterprise Center, located at 509 W. Alabama Ave.

The workshop will assist budding inventors and entrepreneurs develop new opportunities or take their ordinary ideas and make them extraordinary.

Participants will receive information and engage in exercises that assist with idea creation, evaluation and implementation. The program will be helpful to businesses, artists, non-profit organizations, students, public agencies and individuals looking to create new value for their work and expand their enterprise.

The workshop costs $10, but students who bring their completed Notice of Intent for the TOP DAWG Idea Pitch will be admitted free. For Idea Pitch information, visit the Web site at http://www.abese.org/Events.htm.
