The Louisiana Tech email system experienced a hard failure on Wednesday morning necessitating a complete repair of the university’s email database.  The mail storage system suffered a filesystem corruption error that prevents access to the system.

The Computing Center continues to work on resolving the problem, but it may take several more hours to complete the repair process. Once repairs are finished, the system will take approximately 30 minutes to become fully operational.
