Shakespeare classic to be performed by NYC theater company
The Louisiana Tech Concert Association is bringing in a world renowned acting company to perform a one-night show of William Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream.”
Aquila Theatre, which was founded in London in 1991 but is now based in New York City, will take audience members from the heart of an enchanted forest to an Athenian court in this mythical comedy.
“A Midsummer Night’s Dream” will start at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 11 in Howard Auditorium, Center for the Performing Arts. Tickets are $10 for adults and can be purchased by calling the Box Office at 318-257-3942 from 1:30-4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday.
