Journalism faculty present research at state conference
Two members of Louisiana Tech’s journalism department will give presentations at the annual Louisiana Communication Association conference.
Assistant professor Dr. Elizabeth Barfoot Christian and instructor Judith Roberts were chosen to discuss their recent research topics.
Christian will talk about “Rhythms for Mercy, Rhymes of Vengeance: Marking Time in Angola from Leadbelly to Lil Boosie,” and instructor Judith Roberts will present “Challenges of Online Communication: Achieving Digital Equity within Intercultural Communication Confines.”
This is the 13th annual LCA conference and will be held in New Orleans at Delgado.
