Oct 11, 2011 | General News, Liberal Arts

Paying tribute to the indomitable American spirit in the 10th year since 9/11, Louisiana Tech’s School of Performing Arts will present “Our Town” at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 26-29 and the following week Nov. 2-5 on the Stone Theatre stage.
Thorton Wilder’s 1938 Pulitzer Prize winning play documents the life and times of two American families in a small village. It chronicles their daily life, through love and marriage, and finally to death.
Tickets may be purchased in the box office by calling 318-257-3942 or by visiting the College of Liberal Arts tailgate between noon and kickoff Oct. 29 for $10 adult tickets; $5 for students with a valid ID and seniors; $6 for children 14 and under, and $4 for groups of 12 or more.
