Marketing professor receives international service award
A Louisiana Tech marketing professor has received the first-ever Academy of Marketing Science Berkman Endowment Service Grant.
Dr. Julie Guidry Moulard, assistant professor of marketing and analysis, has served the academy in numerous roles including as track chair and as a member of the executive committee.
Moulard joined the College of Business in 2011. Her research focuses on issues related to services and consumer behavior including research on authenticity and emotion.
The award is named for Harold Berkman, founder of the Academy of Marketing Science (AMS) as well as the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. Berkman, a Battle of the Bulge veteran, serves as the executive vice president and director of the academy, which is composed of approximately 2,500 marketing professors worldwide.
