The check presentation was made by Entergy Louisiana’s Lead Account Service Manager David Little and colleague Todd Bordelon to COES Interim Dean Hisham Hegab.  Hegab says his college is very grateful for this gift.

“Entergy’s generous and continuous support for the College of Engineering and Science greatly enhances the experience we are able to provide to our students,” said Hegab.

Entergy regularly recruits electrical engineering and other engineering graduates from Louisiana Tech.

Entergy’s Louisiana utility companies serve more than one million customers through the operating companies Entergy Louisiana, LLC and Entergy Gulf States Louisiana, LLC. With operations in southern, central and northeastern Louisiana, the companies are part of Entergy Corporation’s electric system serving 2.7 million customers in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi and Texas.
