College of Education to host free summer learning extravaganza
The College of Education at Louisiana Tech University will host “Anything Goes!,” a free summer learning extravaganza, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. June 17 and 18, at the Presbyterian Church of Ruston at 212 N. Bonner St. in Ruston.
Students who have just completed grades 1-3 are welcome to attend on June 17 and students who just completed grades 4-6 may join us on June 18. Both days will be filled with a variety of activities that includes math, reading, art, and science or where “anything goes!”
Pre-registration is required. Please contact Dr. Julie Holmes in the College of Education at (318) 257-4773 or jholmes@latech.edu. Space is limited and this event is free of charge.
