Tech to host Visual Communication and Visual Literacy Symposium

Jan. 31 through Feb. 1, Louisiana Tech University will host the inaugural symposium on Visual Communication and Visual Literacy at Tech’s Academic Success Center in Bossier City. 

The event will bring together researchers and educators from across the nation and around the world to share research results on and best practices for using visuals to present information to different audiences. 

Sponsored by the Eunice C. Williamson Endowment, the Symposium is organized by the Technical Communication program and its Usability Studies Center (housed in the College of Liberal Arts) and is coordinated by Dr. Kirk St.Amant, Williamson Endowed Chair in Technical Communication.
