Cast announced for ‘River Pirates’

Louisiana Tech University’s School of Theatre has announced the cast for its original production of River Pirates and the Treasure at Pointe Coupee, written by faculty member Dr. Jeremy Reynolds and directed by Mark Guinn.

The show, featuring combat skills taught in the Louisiana Tech program, will be on stage at 7:30 p.m. April 26-30 and at 2 p.m. May 1 in Stone Theatre.

The cast includes:

  • Ian Taylor of Allen, Texas, as Samuel
  • Anna Fontenot of Houston, Texas, as Condee
  • Blair O’Blanc of Lake Charles as Marcel
  • Emma Montgomery of Lanham, Maryland, as Caroline Herbert
  • Brett Chase of Lake Charles as Father Herbert
  • Kaitlin Wiegle of Mechanicsville, Virginia, as Elizabeth
  • Breyton Mastronuzzi of Bossier City as Jean
  • Allyson Sims of St. Louis, Missouri, as Rene 
  • Her’mon Jones of Bastrop as Captain Fletcher
  • Ali Fletcher of Charleston, West Virginia, as Seedy Pirate No. 1
  • Laney Goodwin of West Monroe as Crew 3 
  • Grace Neaville of Ruston as Crew 4
  • Joy Rester of Shreveport as Crew 5 
  • Vanna Richardson of Shreveport as Crew 6 
  • Carolyne Tarver of Ruston as Crew 7
