Louisiana Tech University’s Dr. Mitzi Desselles, associate professor of Psychology and Behavioral Science, as well as several Louisiana Tech doctoral students and recent graduates, will be presenting their research at the 21st Biennial Reversal Theory Conference hosted by the University of Paris 8 in Paris, France.

“The opportunity for our Louisiana Tech University faculty and doctoral students to present their research at this international conference will bring global recognition to the College of Education and our Psychology and Behavioral Sciences program,” said Dr. Lindsey Keith-Vincent, Associate Dean for Research, Outreach and Innovation in the College of Education.

The conference will focus on flexibility, emotional regulation, the Change Process, and reversal theory.

Reversal theory addresses that personalities are often changing and inconsistent, meaning that humans can have different personalities at different times depending on their environment and stability.
