Maddie Patton will rejoin the Louisiana Tech University Division of Advancement as a Director of Development and Donor Experience Officer beginning Dec. 1.

Patton currently serves as donor relations manager at the Houston Ballet. In her new role, Patton will manage an active, high-volume portfolio of prospective donors and cultivate relationships with these donors. Her focus will be on digital-first outreach via email, phone, social media, texting, video conferencing, and face-to-face interactions to share upcoming opportunities for donors to connect with their alma mater.

“I am proud to welcome Maddie back to the Division of University Advancement,” said Brooks Hull, Vice President for University Advancement and Chief Executive Officer for the University Foundation. “With her expertise and passion for her alma mater, I look forward to seeing the impact she will have as a Donor Experience Officer.”

Patton graduated from Louisiana Tech with her bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Earlier in her career, Patton served as Louisiana Tech’s Assistant Director of Development with a focus on annual giving. She brings a wealth of experience in donor relationships, stewardship, and engagement and will continue to build strong relationships and connect institutional needs with opportunities for support.

“We’re thrilled for Maddie to return to Louisiana Tech with her passion for philanthropy and the depth of experience she has gained with the Houston Ballet,” said Devin Ferguson, Assistant Vice President for Philanthropy and Engagement. “She has the skills and familiarity necessary to connect meaningfully with her fellow Bulldogs and encourage their active engagement with the University community.”
