Vocals and Vogue, a night of live performances, fashion, hors d’oeuvres and a silent auction is Thursday, Feb. 1, 6-8 p.m., at University Hall on the Louisiana Tech campus.

Individual tickets are $10. VIP Seating for a table of eight is $250. Seating is limited.

Presented by Tech’s Fashion Merchandising and Retail Studies (FMRS) Event Planning class, Vocals and Vogue is a night of entertainment that combines the talents of two departments — FMRS from the University’s School of Human Ecology in the College of Applied and Natural Sciences, and the School of Music in the College of Liberal Arts.

Music students will perform live, and stylists will explain to guests both how the pieces they’ll wear were styled and how the styling can impact performance.

Gift baskets from local businesses will be auctioned throughout the evening.
